JOB DESCRIPTION**

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seekinga highly qualified Talent Sourcing Manager to lead our talent sourcing team in our Reston, VA office. This individual will lead a team of talent sourcers in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline from a variety of sources. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with high volume talent sourcing efforts and building relationships internal stakeholders.

**Essential Job Duties**

+ Leads a diverse team of talent sourcers to ensure all talent pipeline goals are achieved
+ Develops and implements innovative talent sourcing strategies to generate qualified candidates for from a variety of diverse sources.
+ Supports business development initiatives by recruiting for proposals, researching new requirements, and writing transition and staffing plans.
+ Forms strategic partnerships with stakeholders to identify/forecast future needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
+ Establishes individual and team performance goals and tracks results; trains and coaches staff as needed.
+ Provides internal stakeholders with regular status updates, identifying problem areas and potential solutions.
+ Identifies areas of improvement that may be used to streamline processes.
+ Serves as quality control for all work produced by the talent sourcing team.
+ Adapts quickly to changing business priorities.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
+ Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting, preferably in the government contracting industry.
+ Prior supervisory and management experience is required.
+ Ability to multi-task and to organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
+ Strong energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence necessary to motivate teams.
+ Must be a problem solver with analytical and research skills.
+ Superb customer service, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; calm, professional demeanor.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications and hands-on familiarity with various recruiting sources and tools.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

+ Business requirements during surge periods may require work on evenings, weekends, as well as occasional travel to austere foreign locations.
