Job Description:**


We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Nintex Workflow Developer to join our new program supporting the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). In this role, you will work with a small team of business analyst, developers, testers and SharePoint administrator using SharePoint Nintex Workflows to develop, enhance, and support SharePoint applications. We are ideally looking for a developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and testing SharePoint applications using Nintex.


This software development team supports enterprise wide applications utilized by thousands of users. This program is following Agile methodology and Test Driven Development. Based on the types of projects and complexities presented, a major release will occur once every 3 months, with minor releases and bug fixes occurring in between as needed.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:


+ Works with Business Analysts to gain an understanding of functional requirements.

+ Analyzes requirements, design and develop prototype and work with the users/business analyst to fine tune the application and make recommendations.

+ Participates in peer/code/design reviews to verify that quality standards and functional/technical requirements are met.

+ Design, code, test and implement complex programs; develops appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established IT standards.

+ Creates test scenarios and develops test plans to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated in to the system design.

+ Assists in analyzing testing results throughout the project.

+ Assists in coordinating developments tasks on projects, problem tickets and provide support to other team members.

+ Provides support, escalation response to production problem issues/errors. Performs root cause analysis and application resolution.

+ Keeps abreast of new Tools & Technology and functionalities across the application

+ Promotes teamwork and leads by example.

+ Ensures proper documentation and on-time delivery of all technical artifacts and deliverables.

+ Works in a very fast paced Scaled Agile environment


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:


+ BS or equivalent and five years related experience or MS and three years related experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education

+ Five years experience with SharePoint Nintex Workflow design, development, enhancements, and fixes.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:


+ Experience working with Agile development teams
