JOB DESCRIPTION**

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seekinga highly qualified Recruiting Manager to lead one of our recruiting teams our Reston, VA office. The Recruiting Manager will lead a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, to fill all positions quickly and with the best quality candidates. The recruiting team is responsible for handling the full life-cycle recruitment process for corporate, program, and contingent pipeline hires. The idea candidate will have expert knowledge of the government contracting industry with proven experience leading high volume recruiting efforts and building relationships with company leadership and business stakeholders.

**Essential Job Duties**

+ Leads a diverse team of full life-cycle recruiters to ensure all staffing goals are achieved; personally recruits for hard-to-fill roles and some high-level corporate positions.
+ Develops and implements innovative talent acquisition strategies to generate qualified candidates for corporate, program, and contingent positions located in the U.S. and abroad.
+ Supports business development initiatives by recruiting for proposals, researching new requirements, and writing transition and staffing plans.
+ Forms strategic partnerships with company stakeholders to identify/forecast future needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
+ Establishes individual and team performance goals and tracks results; trains and coaches staff as needed.
+ Maintains recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, recruiter production, etc.).
+ Tracks candidates through the hiring and onboarding processes; ensures compliance with OFCCP requirements.
+ Provides management with regular status updates, identifying problem areas and potential solutions.
+ Identifies areas of improvement that may be used to streamline recruiting processes.
+ Serves as quality control for all work produced by the recruiting team.
+ Collaborates with Marketing and Communications Departments to create recruiting material and increase brand awareness.
+ Stays abreast of recruiting and marketing trends; implements industry best practices.
+ Adapts quickly to changing business priorities.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
+ Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting, preferably in the government contracting industry.
+ Prior supervisory and management experience is required.
+ Ability to multi-task and to organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
+ Strong energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to recruiting excellence necessary to motivate teams.
+ Experience in budget presentation and fiscal management.
+ Knowledge of workflows, standard operating procedures, and business analysis techniques.
+ Superb customer service, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; calm, professional demeanor.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications and hands-on familiarity with various recruiting sources and tools.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

+ Business requirements during surge periods may require work on evenings, weekends, as well as occasional travel to austere foreign locations.
