SSI focuses on providing cleared personnel for the Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Forces (SOF), Intelligence Community (IC), and Law Enforcement (LE) community. We support mission critical requirements in Language and Intelligence Services, Language and Cultural Training Services, Administrative and Professional Services, Facilities and Security Services, Training and Exercise Support Services, and Information Technology Services.
Typical positions include intelligence analysts (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, CYBINT, TECHINT), linguists, translators, interpreters, instructors, training managers, cultural advisors, role players, subject matter experts (SME), advisors/mentors, tactical trainers, logistics managers, certified medical assistants/emergency medical technicians (EMT), and security professionals (INFOSEC, COMSEC, OPSEC, PHYSEC).
The Recruiter will be responsible for providing the highest level of full lifecycle recruitment and coordination supporting various DoD/IC contracts across the country and globally. The Recruiter plays an important role in our rapidly growing, fast-paced and fun environment.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to: **
* Work closely with Program Managers and hiring managers to define requirements
* Develop an effective pipeline and build a pool of qualified candidates
* Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies including: Monster, Indeed, social media (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other social networks), networking, and other sources
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleges, professional associations and organizations, and other partnerships
* Participate in job fairs and other sourcing activities
* Manage and schedule interviews with candidates
* Support all aspects of full lifecycle recruitment including: managing candidate information in the applicant tracking system, and maintaining data and reports to comply with EEO and Affirmative Action Plan Requirements
* Flexible recruiting hours
* Performance based incentive compensation plan
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting perfered
* Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant years of experience
* Experience with high volume recruiting and ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment
* Required recruiting a variety professional personnel and security clearances
* Experience working for government contracts is preferred
* Ability to work in team environment
* Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrate highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of all full-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to networking, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
